Caravan Storage near Market Deeping

Willowfield Caravan Storage was established in 1988 by Mr David Witt, it is a family run business. The owners live on the site, which has an electrified security boundary fence and is alarmed and monitored 24 hours a day. All pitches/plots are hard standing with clear defining markings and all caravans parked on an angle for ease of movement. CCTV is linked to our office computer and our phones with 24/7 cover. The entrance to the site is control by a computer’s activated sliding gate by card or a fob. Security is our number one priority.

Safe & Secure!

Full security fencing and CCTV Access is by computer controlled sliding security gate, with an access which records details of customers and pitch number as they pass through. Owners live on site, adjacent to the only entrance.

Sensible Layout!

All caravans are parked at an angle to the road for ease of reversing into your pitch. The site is laid out so it is easy to pass other cars and caravans. We offer help to learn how to reverse your caravan onto your pitch, if you are towing for the first time.

We believe that we offer the best price in the area and provide a service 2nd to none and we are happy to go out of our way to help our customers. We carry out regular inspections to check for open doors, windows and steps that may be left out.

Storage Fees

Charges from 1st May 2025

Measurements are overall shipping length including draw bar and lock.

Caravans under 5.5m – £120 for 6 months, £230 for 12 months

Caravans 5.5m to 6.8m – £135 for 6 months, £255 for 12 months

Caravans over 6.8m – £150 for 6 months, £285 for 12 months

Opening Hours

From 1st August:
Summer: 8am – Sunset (no later than 8pm)

Spring/Autumn: 8am – Sunset (no later than 7pm)

Winter: Daylight Hours Only

We Are Closed: Christmas Day, Boxing Day,
New Years Eve & New Years Day

Please note: Consistent late payment will result in loss of plot. If you remove your caravan before your rent is due we are sorry but we do not give refunds. Storage is non transferable to other parties.

We reserve the right to dispose of caravans where non payment exceeds 3 months, as reference on your booking form.

Additional Information

Please notify us of change of vehicle, car reg number ; if you would like to take any other person in the compound that are not our registered client (service engineer, caravan buyer, or using a different towing vehicle or would like to wash your caravan please contact us first )

Willowfield Caravan Storage are located on Northfield Road East, close to Market Deeping, Peterborough.

This site has been trading since 1988 and has no history of any losses or malicious damage. We were advised at survey that the site is in receipt of all applicable local planning approval.

Willowfield Caravan Storage provides storage within a secure, flat external compound. The site is currently operating at full capacity with 300 units in storage and a waiting list system in place. All units are parked within designated rows and individual marked pitches.

Access to the site is strictly controlled; each site user is given a Site Information Sheet which gives full details of the gate access procedure and general site rules. Entrance to the site is via an initial manual gate system with a further automated key fob gate system protecting the compound gate. Entry to the site is only permitted during daylight hours.

The site boundaries are protected by an electric fence system monitored by the site owner.
